Terms of Service

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• If you use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

• Keep your credentials secure and accurate.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Post or generate content that is illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit.
• Use the Services for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical guidance.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the Services; bypass rate limits or security; use bots or scraping without permission.

• The AI is not a real person and may generate inaccurate or inappropriate content.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI response.
• The Services are not substitutes for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). In emergencies, call local emergency services.

• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content to operate and improve the Services.
• You represent you have rights to the content and it complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

• We use third parties (e.g., Supabase, OpenRouter and model providers, App Stores, RevenueCat, Expo Push) to deliver the Services.
• Their terms/policies apply; we do not control or assume liability for them.

• Premium features may be billed via Apple/Google in-app purchases managed through your store account.
• Pricing, renewal, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the applicable store terms and RevenueCat policies.

We may refuse or remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts in our discretion to protect users and the platform. We may also throttle abusive traffic or enforce message/usage caps. If you believe a moderation action was in error, contact support.

• We may monitor, restrict, or remove content; suspend features; or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

• Except for User Content, all rights in the Services are owned by us or our licensors.
• No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

• We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach, risk, or service changes.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases.

• THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.

• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/ DATA/ GOODWILL.
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EntrovaLabs and affiliates from claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

We may modify the Services or these Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date and provide in-app notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

If you are a consumer in the EU/UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer laws, you retain protections afforded by those laws. Otherwise, the laws applicable where Company is established govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

• These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of establishment unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
• You agree to first contact us to resolve disputes informally.
